The renowned theoretical physicist Dr ECG Sudarshan visited the UC College on December 9th 2011. He also took time out to have a very passionate and inspiring session with the Students of the Physics department of UC College. He patiently answered all the question of some young restless thinking minds of the department.

In this year’s  MSc physics result, UCC Physics MSc students (Batch 2009-2011) made commendable overall performance by getting FIVE distinctions. This year MG University MSc result has in overall 17 distinctions distributed among various colleges. Also Radhika V.Nair of UCC Physics got FIRST rank in MG University MSc examination.
