Those who got admission at UC College   has to complete the admission procedure by filling up the form following.

• Complete all the columns with maximum care
• These details will be saved for all future purposes regarding their study period in U C College
• Please keep the copies of all certificates and a scanned photograph before starting filling the details.
• Please note that no more editing from your side is allowed once you submit the Final submit button
• Use your admission number and date of birth(ddmmyyyy)  for login
