The event began with a welcome address by Mr. Sreeram J. Menon, who underscored the importance of equipping students with cutting-edge technological skills, particularly in app development, to prepare them for the rapidly evolving digital landscape
Motivational Talk:
Dr. Jibin Jose Mathew, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics with Computer Technology and computer science, delivered an inspiring talk on the significance of staying updated with the latest technological advancements. He emphasized how Flutter is transforming the development process by enabling developers to build, test, and deploy apps across multiple platforms with ease.
Resource Person’s Insights and Activities:
Mr. Akhil P.S., a Google-recognized developer and the creator of the Recipezo app, led the session, focusing on the transformative potential of Flutter. He discussed how Flutter simplifies the app development process, allowing developers to create visually stunning and functional applications for any screen from a single codebase. Mr. Akhil demonstrated practical examples, guiding participants through the steps to get started with Flutter. He also organized hands-on activities where students applied Flutter’s features, building basic applications and gaining real-world experience.

Following the training session, a brief meeting was held in the Department of Electronics and Computer Technology under the guidance of Dr. Jibin Jose Mathew. During the meeting, the team discussed plans for two upcoming programs in the next month and gathered suggestions from the executive members.
