Course work 2016 inaugurated

PhD Course work Inaugurated

PhD Course work for the year 2016 organized in the college was inaugurated by Principal   Dr.P. Thomas Mathew on 1-1-2016. It was attended by research scholars, guides and faculty members of various colleges other than this college. Dr Anil Kumar welcomed the gathering and requested for dedicated work from the part of the scholars registered for the programme. Dr Thomas Mathew. Principal, in his inaugural address stressed the need for good quality research and pointed to lethargy of teachers in this regard. Rev.Prof.Thomas John   in his felicitation stressed    the need for organic linkage of the academic community with the society. Dr Jacob George felicitating the function said that researchers need to integrate different perceptions and methodologies. Dr Sebastian Joseph, who coordinates the research programme, pointed out the need for ending cubicalisation of discipline for qualified knowledge production. Apart from that he briefed the entire programme and its technicalities.
