ശതാബ്ദി പ്രതിഭാ പുരസ്കാരം – പബ്ലിക് അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേഷൻ

ശതാബ്‌ദി ആഘോഷങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗമായി, ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ മേഖലകളിൽ പ്രാഗൽഭ്യം തെളിയിച്ച പൂർവ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കായി, യു സി കോളേജ് ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശതാബ്ദി പ്രതിഭാ പുരസ്കാരം – പബ്ലിക് അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേഷൻ – വിതരണം നടന്നു. ജസ്റ്റീസ് കുര്യൻ ജോസഫ് മുഖ്യാതിഥി ആയ ചടങ്ങിൽ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ഡോ. എം ഐ പുന്നൂസ് അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ചു. യുസി കോളേജ് ലൈബ്രറി ഹാളിൽ വച്ച് നടന്ന പ്രൗഢഗംഭീരമായ ചടങ്ങിൽ സൂസൻ മാത്യു, ഐ.എ.എസ്., ചന്ദന രാമചന്ദ്രൻ, ഐ.ആർ.എസ്., ബിജി ജോർജ് റ്റി, ഡോ. റ്റി. റ്റിജു ഐ.ആർ.എസ്, ജയശ്രീ എം.ജി., ഐ.എസ്.എസ്. എന്നിവർ പുരസ്കാരവും പ്രശസ്തിപത്രവും ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങി.

അവാർഡ് ജേതാക്കളായ പത്മശ്രീ സി. ജി. കൃഷ്ണദാസ് നായർ, സാജൻ പീറ്റർ ഐഎഎസ്, എ.വി.എം. ബി. ജെ. മാമൻ വി.എസ്.എം., ഷൈല എ ഐ.എ.എസ്., എന്നിവർക്ക് നേരിട്ട് വരാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ല. റിട്ട. കേണൽ ത്രീവിക്രമൻ തമ്പിക്ക് തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് വച്ച് നടന്ന ചടങ്ങിൽ അവാർഡ് നേരത്തെ സമ്മാനിച്ചിരുന്നു. ചടങ്ങിൽ കോളേജ് മാനേജർ റവ തോമസ് ജോൺ, മേജർ കെ എസ് നാരായണൻ, ഡോ. സീന എം മത്തായി, പൂർവ വിദ്യാർത്ഥി സംഘടന വൈസ് പ്രസിഡൻറ് സജീ ആർ. തുടങ്ങിയവർ സംസാരിച്ചു.

As part of the centenary celebrations, UC College distributed the Shatabdi Prathibha Puraskaaram in the Public Administration category. Justice Kurian Joseph was the chief guest, and Principal Dr. M. I. Punnoose presided over the function. The grand ceremony took place at the UC College Library Hall, where Susan Mathew, IAS, Chandana Ramachandran, IRS, Biji George T., Dr. T. Tiju IRS, and Jayashree M. G., ISS, received their awards and certificates.

Awardees Padma Shri C. G. Krishnadas Nair, Sajan Peter IAS, AVM B. J. Mammen VSM, and Shyla E. IAS could not attend the event in person. Retired Colonel Thrivikraman Thampi had received his award earlier in a ceremony held in Thiruvananthapuram. During the event, College Manager Rev. Thomas John, Major K. S. Narayanan, Dr. Zeena M. Mathai, and Alumni Association Vice President Saji R. delivered speeches.
