Following the inauguration, the theme presentation was conducted by Aaron George Jacob, which was followed by a singing session and an ice-breaking activity.

Day 2

The second day began with participants being divided into five groups for a group activity. Each group was assigned a specific location to visit, with the objective of interacting with strangers, understanding their lives, and gaining insights into the local culture. The assigned locations included:

  • Aluva Metro – Market

After returning to the campsite, the first session was led by Rev. Fr. John K. Jacob, Vicar of Mar Gregorios Orthodox Syrian Church, Eloor, and Administrator of the School for the Blind, Aluva. He emphasized the importance of re-reading the Bible in the light of contemporary events and how Christians are called to uphold Christ’s teachings.

Afterward, Mr. Lovewin conducted a morning session, followed by a Bible study session where students were divided into four groups. Each group was assigned a passage from the Scripture, which they were required to interpret in relation to the camp’s theme. The findings were then presented to the entire group, followed by an interactive discussion.

In the afternoon, students shared their experiences from the previous day’s outreach activity, followed by a feedback session. The camp concluded with an acknowledgment speech by Unit Secretary Alen Alex P. and a closing prayer led by Mr. Lovewin.
