Thanalika Fest was organized at Union Christian College, Aluva by the Marketing Club of the Institute of Management and Technology in association with Thanalidam. The fest was inaugurated by college alumnus and founder of Industrial Elastomers, Abdul Samad E.A.
Around 30 stalls put up by students from various departments of the college were the major attraction of the fest. The event also featured games, spot dance performances, and a variety of food stalls.
The fest provided a platform for homemaker entrepreneurs to market their products. The Alangad Block Panchayat Agro Centre and the NGO Goonj also set up stalls at the venue.
