SELF DEFENSE TRAINING WORKSHOP

On 4 May 2022, a session on self-defense was organised by the KSWDC Women cell of the college, exclusively for the female students of the college. Mr Sifu Mansoor M K, a taekwondo master and yoga fitness trainer, led the session. Around 50 students from the various departments actively participated in the sessions. The session helped to train them to defend themselves in crucial, unexpected situations in life.
