Eligibility
• The competition is open only to currently enrolled students of Union Christian College, Aluva (UG/PG students from any department).
• Individual entries only. Group submissions will not be accepted.
Design Specifications
• The logo must represent the vision and mission of COGE: “Connecting UCC to the world through outreach, collaboration, and global engagement.”
• The design should be original, creative, and not infringe on any copyright or third-party rights.
• Logos must be designed in digital format and submitted in:

• Subject line: COGE Logo Design Entry – [Your Full Name]
• Deadline: Before 5:00 PM, 8th August 2025
• Only one entry per participant is allowed.
Selection Criteria
• Relevance to the theme and vision of COGE
• Creativity and originality
• Visual appeal and scalability (usable across print and digital platforms)
• Simplicity and versatility (black & white and color usage)
Judging Panel
• The entries will be evaluated by an expert panel comprising:
◦ College design team representative
◦ Faculty from the College
◦ Members of the COGE coordination team
• The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.
Winner and Recognition
• One winning logo will be selected and will become the official logo of COGE.
• The winner will receive a memento & certificate of recognition and college-level acknowledgment during the official inauguration of the centre.
• The college reserves the right to refine or modify the winning design in consultation with the designer.
Intellectual Property
• By submitting an entry, participants agree that:
◦ The submitted logo becomes the property of Union Christian College, Aluva.
◦ The college has full rights to use, reproduce, or alter the logo for any official purpose.
◦ No financial compensation shall be claimed for future use.
General Terms
• Plagiarized or AI-generated entries will be disqualified.
• Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.
• Participation implies full acceptance of these rules and conditions.
