Community quota rank list is published in cap.mgu.ac.in

Candidate seeking admission to community quota are directed to report at Union Christian College at 9.30 am on 13/06/2019

Students have to bring the following documents

1. Transfer Certificate
2. Conduct Certificate
3. +2 marklist
4. SSLC book along with copy
5. 4 photographs
6. CAP registration proof
7. Fees prescribed by university.

Admission to all Undergraduate courses and post graduate courses will be done as per Mahatma Gandhi University norms and regulations.

The college have undergraduate and post graduate  seats in Merit quota , Community quota and Management quota.

Merit seats will be filled from Common Admission Process of M G University and the student has to apply in cap.mgu.ac.in website

Management applications will be available from college office from the date of notification of M G University admission process

Community seats will be filled by community merit from Jacobite, CSI, MarThoma and Orthodox  community applicants based on community merit and applications will be available from college office from the date of notification of M G University admission process

All students coming for admission should bring the original copy below mentioned certificates/documents if applicable.

• ONLINE ALLOTMENT MEMO(UNIVERSITY CENTRALIZED ALLOTMENT PROCESS(CAP))
• QUALIFYING EXAM (+2/UG/EQUI) MARKLISTS
• TC FROM INSTITUTION LAST ATTENDED
• CONDUCT CERTIFICATE(ISSUED WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS)
• SSLC BOOK/CERTIFICATE
• PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO TAKEN WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS(4 COPIES) + ITS SOFT COPY IF AVAILABLE
• PHOTOCOPIES OF +2/UG CERTIFICATES (5 COPIES) AND SSLC CERTIFICATE (1 COPY)
• COMMUNITY CERTIFICATE FROM CONCERNED CHURCH VICAR FOR COMMUNITY QUOTA (MARTHOMA, CSI, ORTHODOX, JACOBITE)
• CASTE CERTIFICATE FOR SC/ST/OEC/OBC QUOTA
• MIGRATION/ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE/ EQUIVALENCY CERTIFCATE
• NCC/NSS CERTIFICATE
• SPORTS/ CULTURAL- CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENTS (NOT PARTICIPATION)
• PHYSICALLY DISABLED QUOTA (BLIND/DEAF/ORTHOPEDIC)
• EX-SERVICEMEN CERTIFICATE(FROM JILLA SAINIK OFFICER)
• FEE CONCESSION- INCOME CERTIFICATE (ANNUAL INCOME BELOW 1 LAKH EXCEPT FOR SC/ST/OEC/FISHERMAN/LDST/BLIND)
