India was startled by the helicopter crash that took away one most valiant armed officer. The Cadets of Union Christian College, Aluva of both 7 (k) Girls Battalion and 22(k) battalion together paid homage to Gen. Bipin Laxman Singh Rawat and the brave souls who sacrificed their lives. Major K S Narayanan and CTO Nino Baby were present during the occasion and Marcose sir was invited. Candles were lighted and flowers were laid during the occasion with due honor.
Gen. Bipin Laxman Singh Rawat PVSM UYSM AVSM YSM SM VSM ADC was an Indian military officer who was a four-star general of the Indian army. Rawat has been decorated with the param Vishisht Seva Medal, Uttam Yudh Seva Medal, Ati Vishisht Seva Medal, Vishisht Seva Medal, Yudh Seva Medal, and Sena Medal. He served as the first chief of defense staff of Indian armed forces from January 2020 until his death. Rawat died in a crash of an Indian armed force Mi – 17 helicopter in Tamil Nadu he was accompanied by his wife Madhulika Rawat and members of his staff, who were also killed in the crash.
