VEGETABLE GARDENING

As part of the NSS seven-day special camp of Union Christian College, Aluva ‘Pankayam 2018’, 98 volunteers of the camp took part in making of a vegetable garden at F.M.C.T.H.S.S. Karumalloor on 22 December 2018. The training helped the students to understand the techniques to be used to make a small vegetable garden for home as well as at commercial scale. The students continued to visit the plot to water and take care of the plants. The produce was later sold in campus to teachers.
