YOGA TRAINING FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT

Aimed at helping the students to help manage stress the dept. of MCA organised a training programme on Yoga for the 1st semester MCA students (2022 admn) on October 14, 2022. 120 students participated. Mr.Varghese Vazhoor Unnippasseril, Retd Yoga Master, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan led the session.
